Parkside of Old Town

Located on the historic grounds of the Cabrini Green housing project, Parkside of Old Town represents a new era in mixed income housing development. Thoughtful arrangement of buildings and greenspaces is intended to nurture community and provide residents with safe and refreshing outdoor amenities.

The project includes a 94-unit, nine-story building with seven townhouses attached to the back and a 12-unit, three-story building which faces the townhouses. These structures house a mixture of affordable and market-rate units. A greenway between the buildings acts as a ‘front yard’ for the entire development, and provides a welcoming green oasis for residents.
